Heating Instructions:
STOVETOP: Spray skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. Warm pork chops 2 minutes per side until heated through. Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes.
GRILL: Grill pork chops over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side until heated through.
Refrigerate or may be Frozen. If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before heating to directions above. Once opened, use within 5 days.
